Ride2G terms of use

Effective from 23 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the Ride2G mobile application, ride2g.com and related services (together, the “Service”) provided by Bomberace s.r.o., company number 11696338, registered at Zahradní 582, 742 13 Studénka, Česká republika (the “Provider”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Please read them before using the Service.

Important safety and legal notice

Sport and outdoor activities are inherently risky. You participate voluntarily, at your own risk, and with awareness of their ordinary and unexpected risks, including accidents, falls, collisions, becoming lost, sudden weather changes, equipment failure, loss of signal, delayed assistance, property damage, injury, permanent disability and death.

The SOS feature does not automatically contact 112, police, ambulance, mountain rescue or any other emergency service, and does not guarantee receipt or action by other participants. In an emergency, call the appropriate emergency number directly where possible. Carry independent navigation and communication and leave your route plan with someone outside the group.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you enter into an agreement with the Provider and accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You may use the Service only if you can enter into a binding agreement. If you do not have full legal capacity, you may use it only with a parent’s or legal guardian’s consent and supervision to the extent required by law. The guardian is responsible for appropriate supervision of a minor’s use.

If you use the Service for a legal entity or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these terms.

2. What the Service is — and is not

Ride2G is an organisational and information tool for shared sport and leisure activities. It can plan and share routes, show participant locations, support chat, record shared expenses and send an SOS alert to other participants.

We are not an event organiser, guide, carrier, emergency service, healthcare provider or safety monitor. We do not verify participants, their abilities or equipment, route conditions, weather, or the safety of any planned or recorded route. We do not make agreements on behalf of users and are not a party to their relationships.

3. Safety and your responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you:

  • assess your health, fitness, experience and the difficulty of the activity, and seek medical or professional advice if in doubt;
  • independently check the route, current weather, terrain, closures, traffic and local conditions before setting out, and prepare a backup plan;
  • use suitable, working and legally required equipment and protective gear, and carry adequate water, food, power, navigation and first-aid resources;
  • comply with laws, traffic rules, signs, access restrictions, landowners’ rights and instructions from authorities and emergency services;
  • never operate a device or the Service in a way that distracts you while driving, riding, running or in any situation requiring your full attention;
  • stop or alter an activity promptly when conditions, ability or equipment do not allow safe continuation; the app never overrides your judgment or real-world conditions.

4. Your account and acceptable use

Provide accurate, current information, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected misuse to petr.vavros@bomberace.com. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent it was reasonably within your control.

You must not use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently or dangerously; harass or track anyone without their knowledge; bypass security; disrupt the Service; transmit malicious code; scrape data without our permission; impersonate anyone; or infringe the rights of others.

5. User content and dealings with others

You are responsible for text, photographs, GPX files, routes, expenses and other content you submit or share. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that the content is not unlawful, misleading, dangerous or infringing.

While your content remains in the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, copy, process and display it solely as technically necessary to operate and secure the Service and provide its functions to you and the users with whom you share it. You retain ownership of your content.

You decide whom to connect with and which activities to join. We do not screen the identity, reliability or conduct of users and are not responsible for agreements, payments, disputes, acts or omissions between users.

6. Maps, routes and third-party services

Maps, route calculations, GPS, mobile networks, push notifications, payment QR codes and other functions depend on your device and third-party services. Their data may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unavailable. A displayed route is not an instruction or a guarantee that it is passable, accessible, lawful or safe.

Third-party links and integrations are not our endorsement or acceptance of responsibility. Separate third-party terms may apply.

7. Availability, location and SOS

Do not rely on Ride2G as your only means of navigation, communication, tracking or obtaining help. The Service may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable because of signal, battery, device permissions, GPS, internet, servers, your device or a third-party service. A last displayed location may not be current.

We provide the Service on an ongoing basis subject to technical availability. We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue it, but will not limit any mandatory consumer rights by doing so.

8. Intellectual property and licence

The Service, software, design, branding and our content are protected by intellectual-property laws. While you comply with these terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, lease, reverse engineer or create derivative works from it except where the law expressly permits this.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using and request deletion of your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for a breach of these terms, a threat to the Service or users, a legal obligation or discontinuation of the Service. Where reasonably possible, we will give advance notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Provisions which by their nature should survive — including content rights, liability, governing law and disputes — remain effective after termination.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, secure or always current operation, or the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of maps, routes, locations, calculations, alerts or user content.

This does not exclude consumers’ statutory rights relating to defective digital services or any warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for harm arising from a sport or outdoor activity, an act or omission of a user or third party, a chosen route, traffic, terrain, weather, equipment, inaccurate or stale data, loss of signal, or an alert, location or SOS failing to arrive on time or at all. This includes property damage, data loss, lost profits and indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. In particular, we do not exclude liability for intentional or grossly negligent harm, interference with a person’s natural rights (including life and health), or mandatory consumer rights. If an exclusion is ineffective, it applies only to the broadest lawful extent and the remainder remains effective.

Ride2G provides a technical tool only. This limitation does not transfer to the Provider risks, decisions or duties that belong to a user, activity organiser or another person.

12. Loss caused by your breach

To the extent permitted by law, you will compensate the Provider for reasonable, documented loss and costs directly caused by your unlawful use of the Service, breach of these terms or infringement of a third party’s rights. This does not apply to loss caused by the Provider or where it would restrict mandatory consumer rights.

13. Changes to the Service and terms

We may reasonably amend these terms to reflect development of the Service, security, technical or legal requirements. We will give advance in-app or email notice of a material change and its effective date. If you disagree, you may stop using the Service and close your account before that date. Changes do not affect rights or obligations accrued beforehand.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer habitually resident elsewhere, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protection under the law of that country. Disputes are subject to the competent courts; mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.

Consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1, www.coi.cz, which provides out-of-court consumer dispute resolution. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.

15. Provider and contact

The Service is provided by Bomberace s.r.o., company number 11696338, registered at Zahradní 582, 742 13 Studénka, Česká republika (the “Provider”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
